How Does It Work?
Nominations June 29 - August 10
Business Nominations
Complete the business nomination form and your business will receive an email confirmation and a marketing tool kit.
Public Nominations
Complete the public nomination form and we will contact the nominated business.
Nominated businesses must then complete the online nomination form to be eligible.
Voting June 29 – August 10
Anyone may vote for nominated businesses on this website or by SMS.
Becoming a Finalist
The top 8 vote getters in each category progress to the Finalist Stage. Finalists will be announced on 20 August and invited to an exclusive reception on August 28 at Town Hall.
Finalists will be notified by email and phone, and receive the Finalist Questionnaire. Some Finalists will be visited by a mystery shopper.
All Finalists are invited to the Awards Dinner hosted by David Koch on October 10 at the Westin, Sydney, where the winners are announced.
Judging
Completed questionnaires and mystery shopping reports are submitted to the panel of judges.

Winners in all categories are announced at the Awards Dinner October 10.
